In a March 16 update on her Instagram, Meghan Markle shared a glimpse of her life in Montecito. One clip showed his 4-year-old daughter with a pair of chickens. Meghan shared a video of herself arranging flowers in her backyard.

On her Instagram Stories, Meghan shows off two chickens and giggles before Lily comes into the frame, reaching down to pet one of them. Princess Lilibet wore rainboots and a purple coat for the visit to the chicken coop, and her red hair fell over her shoulders as she bent down.The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a chicken coop at home, nicknamed Archie’s Chick Inn, a nod to the name of their 6-year-old son, Prince Archie. Prince Harry and Meghan, 41, bought their home in Montecito in 2020 after stepping back from their royal roles in the UK, and their daughter was born in California in 2021.

The Duchess of Sussex also shared a video of herself arranging flowers. Meghan previously opened up about her passion for flower arranging in her series With Love, with Meghan sharing that she got into the hobby when her friends organized flower arranging as an activity at her 2019 baby shower in New York City when she was expecting Prince Archie.In his Instagram clip, Prince Harry is all for it, as he is heard praising his wife’s work off-screen. “It’s beautiful,” he says, to which Meghan laughs and says, “Thank you.” Harry then says, “So pretty in pink.” After getting a closer look at the bouquet, another clip showed her plucking some purple flowers from a tree.
